These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and b5bd ("Platform", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the b5bd website at b5bd.app and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and account management features.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the b5bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on b5bd. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and any duplicate accounts detected will be closed, with all associated balances forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username or password with any other person.
• You must notify b5bd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must keep your registered email address and contact details current and accurate.
• b5bd may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals or as part of regular compliance reviews.

Upon termination of an account for a breach of these Terms, b5bd reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in that account. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the b5bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software — is the proprietary property of b5bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the b5bd platform without express prior written consent from b5bd. Unauthorised use of any platform content may give rise to a claim for damages.

b5bd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b5bd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. b5bd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall b5bd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if b5bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b5bd reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, b5bd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the platform or by email to the address on record. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on the b5bd website.

Your continued use of the b5bd platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting b5bd support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the b5bd platform. b5bd operates as an online gaming platform and does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the b5bd platform is lawful in their country or territory of residence.

Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved informally through b5bd's support channels will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable procedural rules. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
